^ Club Nights
Club nights are on Monday evenings, from 7.00 - 9:30pm with an emphasis on social badminton and an opportunity
to play everyone. The games are arranged by a committee member on duty. We try to
provide a range of competition, some games hard, some not so hard (some serious, some definitely not), depending
on attendance. When you arrive, tell the person on duty that you're there and they'll then let you know when and
who you're playing. Games are usually 10-15 minutes long, with time for a breather and a chat in between.
^ Social
We hold a range of social events, both on club nights (suppers, fun nights, etc)
and separately (challenges against other local clubs, end of season dinner, etc).
2007 and 2008 have featured a tournament against Christchurch Club - Ashgrove.
This year it's their turn to visit us and we'll be aiming to regain the 'Taki Trophy.
